Most people calling about a Biohazard job have never dealt with anything like it before. Trauma Clean Pros's Olivet crews walk you through the process on the phone, then arrive ready with the right equipment for exactly what you described.
Get A Crew Dispatched What We Handle
Trauma Clean Pros has spent years earning trust in Olivet by treating every Biohazard call the same way — fully licensed crews, documented procedures, and equipment rated for the exact hazard on scene.
When you call, a dispatcher — not a script — asks what happened and gets a crew moving toward your Olivet address immediately.
Beyond the physical cleanup, Biohazard work in Olivet often involves insurance claims and property release paperwork. We handle that documentation alongside the job itself.
We also carry the specific equipment Biohazard work demands — ozone generators, hydroxyl machines, and enzymatic treatments — rather than relying on general-purpose cleaning products that weren't built for biohazard conditions.
Once a bodily fluid has had time to soak into porous material, the contamination extends well past what a mop or standard cleaner can reach. That's the point where a Biohazard specialist, not a cleaning service, needs to step in. Here's what Olivet property owners most commonly call Trauma Clean Pros about:
Acting quickly limits both the scope of the job and the cost, since Biohazard contamination spreads through porous materials the longer it's left alone.
Extended decomposition produces odor and fluid contamination that goes well past the surface, often requiring subfloor removal.
After release, the cleanup falls to a licensed remediation crew, not the property owner or a general contractor.
Long-term hoarding often hides mold and pest waste that surfaces only once the sorting process begins.
Sewage carries bacteria and parasites that make affected carpet, drywall, and insulation unsalvageable without full remediation.
Confirmed exposure sites need EPA-registered disinfectants applied under a documented protocol, not a standard cleaning visit.
Workplace incidents can leave contamination that falls outside a maintenance crew's normal scope.
No two Biohazard calls are identical, so our Olivet team evaluates the property first, then proposes a scope. Here's the range we cover.
Each service below can be scoped on its own or combined into a single job when a property has more than one issue, such as a hoarding situation that also uncovered a sewage leak.
Blood and biological material are removed using enzymatic treatment rated specifically for bloodborne pathogen decontamination.
Odor neutralization and material removal go hand in hand on a decomposition job — we handle both in the same visit.
Sorting, hauling, and biohazard identification happen together, with escalation to remediation whenever mold or pests turn up.
Blackwater extraction is followed by removal of anything porous that absorbed contamination, then a full antimicrobial application.
Confirmed exposure sites get hospital-grade treatment, not a standard cleaning pass.
Warehouses and facilities across Olivet call us for incidents requiring regulated waste manifests and proper disposal documentation.
Call +1-844-401-0166 and a dispatcher asks about the scope and hazards on scene before a crew is ever routed out.
A certified crew is routed to your Olivet address, typically arriving within the hour depending on current call volume.
We follow the same containment-then-disinfection sequence used in healthcare-grade decontamination.
We handle disposal, then provide documentation you can hand to an adjuster, landlord, or attorney.
